I recently received my first box from Dia & Co, a clothing and personal styling service for women’s clothing in sizes 14-32. I was super excited to try Dia & Co out after learning more about their styling service at the 2017 The Curvy Con.

Dia & Co is a subscription box paired with a personal styling service. Now I say personal styling because I completed a survey about my size, body shape, personal preferences when it comes to clothes, and my budget. I even provided my social media accounts so my assigned stylist could review the types of clothes I normally wear and lifestyle I have.

I feel like I have a good idea of my personal style and so I was excited to see what clothing items a stylist would select for me. I was also a tad nervous because how much of someone’s style can one get from looking at your Instagram account?

You can watch my unboxing of my first Dia & Co box and hear my review of the service on my YouTube Channel:

Review: Dia & Co, Plus Size Clothing and Personal Styling

I won a gift card to Dia & Co, a styling service for women’s clothing in sizes 14-32, and thought I would try the outfits and give a review! What do you think about these clothes? Let me know in the comments.

How Dia & Co Works:

After completing the survey and paying a $20 styling fee, Dia & Co curates a box of new clothing and accessories to send to you. Upon receiving the box, you have 5 days to try the items on (not wear) and determine if you want to purchase one, some, or all of the items.

  • If you decide to purchase 1 or more items the $20 styling fee is credited towards that purchase.
  • And if you decide to purchase all of the items in your box you also receive a 25% discount!
  • Any item you do not purchase you return to Dia & Co in the prepaid envelope by the fifth day.
  • Also, if there is an item you like but it is the wrong size you can exchange the item with Dia & Co for a new size.

Now, let’s say that the box was a total flop and you’re not interested in purchasing any of the items. Well, sadly that sucks because you still have to pay the $20 styling fee and it unfortunately does not roll over to the next Dia & Co box. This is why answering the styling survey before they send you a box is so important and why you should provide as much feedback on the clothes you do receive as it can help future boxes be the right fit for your style, body, and budget.

Overall, I thought this was a fun experience! I had never had a personal stylist before and so it was interesting to see clothing selection that someone I had never met had selected for me.

Dia & Co Review Plus Size Clothing Haul

I think there is a benefit to using a styling service like Dia & Co to try new fashion styles or trends, to find the right fit in boutique plus size clothing brands, and to switch up one’s closet! I’ll be giving Dia & Co another try so keep an eye out for my second review! Don’t forget to watch my YouTube video to hear my review about the clothing items I received and to find out if I kept any items from my box!

If you get a Dia & Co box I’d like to know your thoughts about the services! What did you think about the clothing pieces Dia & Co sent me? Let me know in the comments!
